Crock Pot Mississippi Chicken
Servings 6
Author North Star Sign and Desigin
- 2 LB Chicken breasts, thawed (6 small or 3 large)
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 Au jus packet
- 8 TB Salted butter
- 6 LargeĀ Pepperoncinis (or 12 small)
- 6 Crusty Buns
Cook for 6 hours on low in crockpot.
Remove chicken, shred with fork. Add in some of the juices.
Serve as a sandwich on a crusty style bun.
