Jasmine rice, rinsed till clear (5 minutes)

Bunch
Broccoli (trim, rinse, steam florets. Or use 2 frozen bags steamer broccoli)
Instructions
Combine rice, olive oil, salt, and stir. Cook high pressure for 6 minutes, with a 10 minute slow release.
Brown ground beef & garlic. Drain.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, and honey.
Stir in steamed broccoli
