A FRAMES

A Frames are durable plastic signs that are great for advertising. They are weather resistant and sturdy (20 pounds). You can also fill with sand. Artwork area is 24”x36”. 

With Direct Mount A Frames, printed or calendered vinyl is directly mounted to both sides of the A Frame. 

Quick Change A Frames are used with corrugated plastic. Depending on the design, the sign will either be printed full color or will have calendered vinyl mounted to the corex. Signs can be 1 or 2 sided.

CORRUGATED PLASTIC SIGNS

Corrugated plastic, also known as corex, is a plastic fluted sign. It comes in 8’x4′ sheets and can be cut down to any size. Used with calendered vinyl, this is great option for a large, temporary signage.

YARD SIGNS

A standard Yard Sign is 24”x18”. Yard signs can be printed full color or have calendered vinyl mounted to the corex. This will be determined by quantity and design. Metal H Stakes are also available. White and printed corrugated plastic is translucent which can be a problem when used in 2 sided yard signs. For 2 sided, I recommend mounting calendered vinyl to black corex.

VINYL DESCRIPTIONS

CALENDERED VINYL (2.5mm) is the standard vinyl used for most types indoor and outdoor signage. Applications include flat surfaces, such as windows, vehicles, and signs. Rating 3-6 years. Click for available colors

FULL COLOR ADHESIVE VINYL (4mm) is UV printing to a calendered PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive backing. It is ideal for outdoor use and flat surface applications.
