WINDOWS AND VEHICLES

Vinyl is a great way to attract attention to your business. Vehicle graphics transform your vehicle into a mobile advertisement. For storefronts or offices, vinyl can be mounted to doors and windows. You may want to include your logo, contact information, hours, and services.

RTA VINYL (READY TO APPLY)

Ready to apply decals are also available in any quantity. This includes single color, layered, or printed decals. These can be used for labeling your equipment, resale, vehicle graphics, DOT #s, etc. Smaller sizes can be shipped. Squeegees are also available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Vinyl should be installed in temperatures 45 degrees or higher. Lower temperatures may affect the adhesive bonding to the surface.

When applying to a painted surface, wait 30 days for paint to cure before application. Low tac vinyl is available for walls. Vinyl may not stick to textured walls.

Specialty vinyl including patterned, glitter, reflective, chalkboard, and etched vinyl are also available.

VINYL DESCRIPTIONS

 

CALENDERED VINYL (2.5mm) is the standard vinyl used for most types indoor and outdoor signage. Applications include flat surfaces, such as windows, vehicles, and signs. Rating 3-6 years. Click for available colors

 

CAST VINYL (2mm) is a premium-grade cast series of vinyl. It is used when working with contoured shapes such as vehicles. Rating 5-8 years.

 

PROS: Colors are bright and vibrant. Doesn’t fade over time. Lettering can be peeled and replaced.
CONS: Price is determined by the number of colors used and production of picking and installing vinyl.

 

 

FULL COLOR ADHESIVE VINYL (4mm) is UV printing to a calendered PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive backing. It is ideal for outdoor use and flat surface applications.

 

HIGH PERFORMANCE ADHESIVE VINYL (3mm) is UV printing to a calendered PVC media. This product has a pressure sensitive backing. The conformability of this film is suitable for long term flat applications.

 

PROS: No restrictions on colors or design. Price breaks for higher quantities.

CONS: Printing fades over time. Colors are not as vibrant as solid vinyl.
