Ritz Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 LB Ground beef, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 20 Low Sodium Ritz, crushed
- 1 tsp Onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl with your hands.
- Form into a loaf in a glass baking dish.
- With a knife, lightly make a criss cross pattern into the meatloaf, making diagonal lines down the meatloaf and then in the other direction.
- Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with ketchup and cornbread.
