Korean Beef & Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

  • 1 1/2 cup Jasmine rice, rinsed till clear (5 minutes)
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Korean Ground Beef

  • 1 Pound Ground beef
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 TB Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 TB Brown Sugar
  • 1 TB Honey
  • 1 Bunch Broccoli (trim, rinse, steam florets. Or use 2 frozen bags steamer broccoli)

Instructions

  • Combine rice, olive oil, salt, and stir. Cook high pressure for 6 minutes, with a 10 minute slow release.
  • Brown ground beef & garlic. Drain.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, and honey.
  • Stir in steamed broccoli
