Korean Beef & Instant Pot Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
Instant Pot Jasmine Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Jasmine rice, rinsed till clear (5 minutes)
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Korean Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Ground beef
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 TB Soy Sauce
- 1 TB Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 TB Brown Sugar
- 1 TB Honey
- 1 Bunch Broccoli (trim, rinse, steam florets. Or use 2 frozen bags steamer broccoli)
Instructions
- Combine rice, olive oil, salt, and stir. Cook high pressure for 6 minutes, with a 10 minute slow release.
- Brown ground beef & garlic. Drain.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, and honey.
- Stir in steamed broccoli
